This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and organised individual to lead a busy customer services function within a fast-paced office environment. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a Customer Services team who act as the first point of contact for all external enquiries. The role involves managing high call volumes, processing customer orders, and liaising closely with multiple internal departments to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
