Role Responsibilities: Overseeing and inspect contractors work to monitor the performance of contracts - This may include security, maintenance, landscaping, cleaning contracts etcUndertaking site visits, manage the delivery of the maintenance program obtaining competitive quotes for works where necessary.Attend monthly review meetings, reporting on finings and updating management systemsManagement of service charge budgets and client relationshipsEnsure that all PPM is forecasted, planned, and implemented by the service providersCarry out risk assessment and manage health and safety compliance.
