We’re looking for a CFO who thrives in fast-growth environments. Someone who can deliver strategic insight, has led through an exit process, and knows how to build the infrastructure that keeps pace with ambition. This is about creating value, not just reporting numbers.What You’ll Do

Partner with the CEO and PE investors to deliver growth and value creation.Lead financial strategy, forecasting, and reporting — ensuring complete confidence in the numbers.Own exit readiness: manage MandA, fundraising, and trade sale processes from end to end.Build and strengthen the finance function, with a proven track record of implementing NetSuite to support scalability.Act as a commercial partner to sales, product, and operations teams, influencing strategic decisions.What We’re Looking For

Proven CFO (or step-up finance leader) in a PE-backed SaaS/tech business.First-hand experience of a sale or exit process.SaaS-native: deep knowledge of subscription metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV, churn).European language skills (French, German, Spanish or similar).Strong track record of systems and process improvement — ideally hands-on NetSuite implementation.Commercially sharp, hands-on, and able to operate at pace.What’s on Offer
