Project Manager - Rail

Salary up to £80,000 per annum + car/allowance

This is an opportunity for experienced Project Manager to manage the Civils Package of scheme for a well-established Tier 1 Contractor!

The Role

As this organisation continues to grow and win new projects, they are seeking to bring a new Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to manage their Civils Package of works, which will predominantly be the redevelopment to Stations in the North West region.

You will need to be experienced in managing a small team of Site Agent, Supervisors and Engineers as well as managing several key subcontractors on site for steel work and piling.  

Key Responsibilities

As the Project Manager, you will lead projects from inception to successful conclusion. Lead teams through design, development and delivery with effective project management. Maximise commercial performance of projects to achieve and exceed business plan.

You will lead by example to embed high HSQE standards in project teams.

Ensure engineering compliance and strive for engineering excellence.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

What We’re Looking For

An experienced Project Manager within the Rail sector, preferable with Stations / Buildings experience.

Civil Engineering qualification

Strong and enthusiastic communication skills

Commercial awareness
