The role is ultimately accountable for all the tech, people, and processes in our engineering organization with currently 60+ people.You create high-performance engineering organizations with a focus on efficient team structures, a great data-driven engineering culture, and lean processes that inspire ownership and executionYou have strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with product management, design, and engineering teams as well as other senior leaders from other functionsYou provide excellent mentoring and development for our top engineers and engineering managersWe the NHS and want to help it work better. Our platform is cloud hosted (Azure) including web apps and backed services (mostly Microsoft stack) that are event based (5m events per day).Here are some of the current engineering opportunities that are on our mind which all come under the theme of improving our time to value:Can we create clearer roles for individual contributor and management tracks to allow better planning and delivery?Delivered cultural change at all levels of an engineering functionExperience in a similar regulated industry is a significant advantage, it would be a bonus if that was within HealthTech or Digital Health.Led a Series B or C enterprise SaaS scale up through a time of transformation, coaching and developing the Engineering leadership team to meet business objectivesYou will need to have the Right To Work in the UK, and as we work closely with the NHS, if we get to the stage where we make you an offer to join us, we will also need to undertake a DBS check.Its just an informal chat so you can relax!
