We re now looking for a Senior Design and Planning Executive to join our Design Team and play a key role in delivering commercially successful, high-quality developments. The Role As Senior Design and Planning Executive, you will be responsible for: Preparing and submitting detailed design and construction information Producing technical viability assessments Securing planning and technical approvals Managing external consultant teams Providing technical support throughout the build process Working proactively with local planning authorities Delivering commercially viable design solutions and high-quality placemaking You will bring strong in-house design experience and advanced technical, planning and development expertise to support the continued growth and development of the Design Team.
