Previous General Manager experience in a premium or luxury hospitality environment is highly advantageous.Sales and business development expertise:

A minimum of 3-5 years in a senior sales or business development role, ideally within the hospitality or leisure sector.Industry background:

Must have an experience within a high-end hospitality brands.Extensive industry network:

Possesses strong business relationships across the London hospitality scene.Outstanding communication:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Executive collaboration:

Confident in managing up and liaising effectively with senior stakeholders and ownership.Proactive leadership:

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn''t afraid to roll up their sleeves. Strategic mindset: A motivated self starter with a can-do attitude.Team management:
