This is for a large residential project in London, close to City of London, Camden Town, Kensington, Hammersmith, Hackney, Tower Bridge and Brixton Duties Develop project plans, budgets and schedules in collaboration with the project team. Implement quality assurance and control measures to ensure workmanship and install meet the clients expectations. Ensuring compliance with all aspects of Health and Safety. Oversee and manage all aspects of the Mechanical and Electrical installation and give technical assistance to electricians on site should they need it.
