Job Title: Cleaner - Student Accommodation
Pay Rate: L3
Hours: Ad hoc shifts with regular work over the coming weeks
Shift Pattern: Variable (morning, afternoon, or evening shifts)

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced cleaner to support the cleaning operations at a student accommodation in L3 postcode. This is an ad hoc role with immediate start available and consistent work expected in the lead-up to the new academic term.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in student accommodation, care homes, or deep cleaning environments. You must be comfortable working independently and maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout all areas of the property.

• Perform deep cleaning of student flats, kitchens, bathrooms, and communal areas

• Follow cleaning schedules and adhere to health and safety standards

• Replenish cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues

• Ensure rooms are cleaned to a high standard in preparation for new tenants

• Maintain confidentiality and respect tenant privacy at all times

• Previous experience in student accommodation, care homes, or deep cleaning is essential

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

• Flexibility to work different shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliability and punctuality are a must

• This is an ad hoc position, ideal for individuals seeking flexible hours

• Steady work anticipated during the busy pre-term period (next few weeks)

• All equipment and supplies provided on-site
