We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Customer Service Representative to support our operations team. This role involves managing a backlog of customer emails and complaints, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on a computer for extended periods and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
