You will be working on a major defence-related infrastructure/construction project in the UK, valued between £100m - £150m. Mace will act as the client''s representative, monitoring, guiding, and reporting on the principal contractor.SC Clearance is essential for this role.Our values:

Ability to obtain UK security clearance with 5 years of uninterrupted UK careerExperience as a construction scheduler with P6 PrimaveraNEC4 contract experiencePreferred qualifications:

Membership in professional bodies like APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA, or equivalentExtensive project planning experience in the defence sectorDeep property or infrastructure project management expertiseExperience managing relationships with senior stakeholdersThis role is based in Moorgate, working 2-3 days per week.
