You will be advising on a wide range of matters including the sale and purchase of rural properties, easement and rights of way, tenancies, mining and minerals, sporting rights and estate management work. Your clients will be a wide ranging as your work, from HNW individuals, to commercial organisations, landed estates and financial institutions. THE CANDIDATE:Applications are sought from Property Solicitors with at least 5 years'' PQE in property law, in particular rural and agricultural matters.
