status and offers career progression within Seymour House, including the option to specialise in areas such as special educational needs (SEND), disability, or speech and language, or to pursue a managerial route.Responsibilities

You will work with children aged 0-5 years, helping support play and nurturing their development.You will be involved in organising activities, assessing and recording children''s learning and development, and working in partnership with colleagues and parents.You will work alongside experienced Early Years Educators, with a dedicated mentor and support from fellow apprentices with childcare responsibilities.Training and qualifications

Level 3 Early Years Educator

status (RQF).The Level 3 includes a

Paediatric First Aid

qualification (RQF) or an Emergency Paediatric First Aid qualification (RQF).Functional Skills in English and maths will be completed if required.Other required first aid training options as per EYFS requirements.The Level 3 can be used as a stepping-stone towards: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership, Honours Degree in Early Years, Early Years Teacher (EYITT) or Primary Teacher (QTS).Functional skills, if required.Career progression

Specialise in areas such as special educational needs, disability, speech and language, or progress to Manager of a day nursery.The Level 3 can be used as a stepping-stone towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership, Honours Degree in Early Years, EYITT or QTS.Working hours

Monday to Friday on a rota basis, within the nursery opening hours of 7:00am–6:00pm. Shifts to be confirmed.Job details
