Mk Search are currently working with a leading 1bn turnover main contractor with a strong national presence delivering flagship projects across sectors who are looking to engage with an MEP manager for their London business unit to work on a 17m MandE mixed use residential project near London Bridge. Reporting to an MEP Project Lead you will work as part of the site delivery team to manage the MEP contractors through to PC. Oversee health and safety, quality, and coordination of MEP installations Run MEP subcontractor progress meetings Support the commercial team with progress mark-ups, site instructions, and reporting. Help drive programme delivery and ensure sequencing is maintained Requirements: Proven experience as an MEP Manager on large-scale construction projects Background with Tier 1 main contractors or specialist MEP contractors working with Tier 1 contractors Excellent technical understanding of MEP systems and coordination Strong communication and site management skills The project is due to run until March next year so they are initially looking to engage with candidates on a contract/freelance or fixed term contract (FTC) basis.
