We are an Ofsted ''Outstanding'' school , and we are looking for a Temporary Teacher of Maths to cover maternity leave.Day-to-day of the role:Teach Mathematics to students at KS3 and KS4 levels, with the potential to teach at KS5.Engage, motivate, and inspire students to achieve their maximum potential in Mathematics.Develop and deliver interactive and high-quality lessons that cater to a range of learning needs and styles.Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and interventions as necessary to promote student success.Collaborate with colleagues within the Maths department to share resources, strategies, and best practices.Participate in departmental and school-wide professional development activities.Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Experience in teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 levels; ability to teach KS5 is desirable.Strong understanding of the Mathematics curriculum and current teaching methods.Ability to create an inclusive learning environment that fosters diversity and promotes high standards of student behaviour.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.Benefits:Competitive salary including Fringe Area ..... full job details .....
