My client is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist/ Junior Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Revit and AutoCAD, along with a comprehensive understanding of the architectural design process-from concept development through to construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, coordinate, and manage detailed technical drawings and BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.

Lead the preparation of planning, tender, and construction drawing packages.

Translate design concepts into buildable, code-compliant solutions.

Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure technical documentation meets quality, regulatory, and project standards.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field.

Relevant experience in architectural practice.

Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Strong understanding of the full architectural design and construction process.

Knowledge of building systems, detailing, codes, and construction methods.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects or project phases simultaneously.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and technical judgement.
