Our client, a midsized, design-led studio with a strong pipeline of UK projects, is seeking a proactive, ambitious and motivated Project Architect to join their vibrant team.The ideal candidate will be a qualified Architect with at least three years’ experience delivering UK projects, demonstrating strong proficiency in Revit and a solid understanding of UK Building Regulations. Responsible for contributing to design-led projects with guidance from senior staffInvolved in concept development and progressing designs through to tender and construction stagesPreparing tender documentation in Revit, coordinating and updating information with external consultantsLiaising with consultants and engineers, ensuring the accurate coordination of drawing packagesAttending weekly design team meetings with clients, engineers and consultants to support the efficient delivery of projectsKey Skills/Requirements
