As part of this exciting phase of expansion, they are now recruiting their first Management Accountant to take full ownership of the finance function for this division.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded Management Accountant to play a pivotal role in shaping financial processes, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving the company''s ongoing success.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with the senior leadership team to influence financial strategy, support business planning, and provide meaningful commercial insight.Produce monthly management accounts, including PandL reporting, margin analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance commentary.Oversee essential finance operations such as cash flow forecasting, stock costing and valuation, payroll, VAT returns, journals, and control account reconciliations.Lead the annual budgeting cycle and rolling forecast process, ensuring accuracy, audit readiness, and smooth year-end activities.Skills and Experience RequiredDemonstrated experience as a Management Accountant with strong analytical skills, problem-solving capability, and exceptional attention to detail.Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).Strong competency in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ..... full job details .....
