The kitchen environment is busy and fast-paced, but also offers a healthy work-life balance. With fixed rotas and no night shifts, this is a rare opportunity for chefs to enjoy structure and stability without compromising on professional standards, creativity, or the chance to fully use and develop their skills. Hours of work Wednesday to Sunday or Thursday to Monday 8am to 4.30pm Closed Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, 27th December and New Year''s Day. ResponsibilitiesAs a full time chef you will: Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items as directed by kitchen management. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including workstations and storage areas. Help with stock rotation, labelling, and storage of ingredients. Ensure that ingredients are prepared in line with recipes and standards. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health standards. Requirements Experience as a Chef in a professional environment.
