The role will involve inspections and testing of pipework, bolted structures and vessels and welding across the plant and recording quality results. Duties will include: -Maintaining safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations -Carrying out inspection requirement to clients internal and Approved Quality Plan/ITP -Approving incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials. -Approving in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and dimensional measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor along with any concerns / issues. -Approving finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work. -Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database. -Keeping ..... full job details .....
