Facilities PPM Helpdesk Administrator- Manchester- 27k Perm Contract- Hybrid- 1 Day at home per week.
My client, a leading Facilities and Maintenance Provider are currently recruiting for an experienced PPM Administrator to join their team based in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have PPM experience and a Facilities background.
This role is full time with the potential of one day WFH per week and you will be based in the Manchester office
Main Duties
- General PPM Administration
- PPM Coordination and Compliance Administration
- Scheduling PPMs using Concept Evolution
- Tracking all completed PPMs and ensuring that works are completed and escalate any issues that occur.
- Manage the PPM calendars and ensure that all works are scheduled and completed
- Liase with Engineers and ensure their attendance and that all their permits and documents are in place
- Ensure we have the correct certification and Service Reports
- Deal with all PPM related Helpdesk Queries
- Reports on KPIs
- Support the mobilisation of new contracts by setting up PPM schedules and uploading asset data
- Maintain records and contribute to monthly performance and compliance reporting
- Assist in service improvement with focus to PPMs and the Helpdesk
