Key Account Executive US market
Our client, a dynamic and growing International Tour Operator with offices based worldwide, are currently recruiting a Key Account Executive to join their team in London. As a Key Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the US Sales team and will be a part of contributing to the overall success of the team. Your primary responsibilities will include: Assisting the sales team in converting sales leads through effective costing and quotations for the US Market. Maintaining and updating the CRM system Preparing and distributing sales reports and analyses to support data-driven decision-making Coordinating and scheduling meetings and presentations for the sales team Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Essential experience within Senior Operations / Sales / Business development / Account Management role with Travel Working with costings and quotations for Itineraries Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Strong organisational and time management abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills English.
