As part of the continued growth of the business they are presently seeking two Production Team Leaders / Supervisors to provide hands on leadership skills for manufacturing operations at their Manchester site. The Role To be a second line of leadership and management, reporting into and supporting the Production Manager Taking responsibility / ownership of delivering daily performance targets. Improve the understanding and urgency of team members to develop own skill levels, become proactive and motivated to deliver expected individual performance targets. Monitor and drive line performance by motivating operators and focusing Engineers on restrictions and problems which can prevent the achievement of production targets. Challenge and improve standard operating procedures, once improved ensure adherence and communication.
