Are you looking for a new role in Commercial Property? A firm based in Dartford is looking to bring in a Solicitor to their Commercial Property team.Responsibilities
Handle a caseload of mixed Commercial Property matters including freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site acquisitions and development, and secured lending.Deal with business sales and purchases and some residential property matters.Qualifications
1+ PQE and the ability to manage your own caseload unsupervised.Desirable: experience in residential conveyancing, but not essential.Benefits
