Insurance B2B Account Manager Location: Hybrid / Bournemouth, Dorset Hours: Monday to Friday 9am 5pm Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum + Bonus Account Executive Specialist Property Insurance The Opportunity Join a leading specialist property insurance broker who operates a highly supportive, technology-enabled environment. We''re looking for a driven Account Executive to service a complex book of accounts and help drive growth within a specialist division. You''ll be part of an expert team in the Bournemouth office, operating on a hybrid basis. Key Responsibilities As an Account Executive, you will manage a client portfolio and drive business growth by: Client Management - Control the renewal process and accurately gather information from clients. Business Growth - Chase warm leads to maintain and grow your portfolio; identify and recommend new business opportunities. Negotiation - Discuss renewal terms, seek competitive alternatives, and liaise with brokers to secure the most competitive terms that meet client objectives. Administration and Resolution - Efficiently assess and resolve account queries and credit control matters, escalating critical concerns when necessary. Process Improvement - Look at internal processes with a critical eye and suggest efficiency improvements. Relationship Building - Visit clients as appropriate to strengthen professional relationships. Skills and Experience Required Experience - Insurance B2C experience is ideal.
