This role will suit a candidate with drive and ambition to be part of a successful division of this extremely ambitious consultancy.Candidates must have good traditional building surveying skills and experience, strong communication skills with the ability to interface with clients / contractors and other professionals working within an existing team. This is an excellent role for a candidate wishing to progress within a successful business coupled with a truly collaborative environment.Key Qualifications

Chartered Building Surveyor or Member of Institute of Building.Proven track record of performing in a building surveying role, particularly related Public-Sector Housing (This is absolutely a key component to being considered for this role)Full technical ability and up to date contract knowledgeSelf motivated, confident, with good presentation and communication skillsAbility to work in a team environment and be able to lead on specific projects as appropriateStrong experience in Public Sector HousingResponsibilities

Working within one of the Building Surveying Teams on public sector housing projects from inception to completion.Interface with clients, contractors and other professionals as part of an existing team.Progress within a successful, collaborative business environment.Detailed Job Types
