This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong background in building maintenance, repairs or facilities work who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping a workplace running efficiently. Responsibilities: Carry out minor repairs, maintenance tasks and general site upkeep Coordinate and oversee contractor visits, ensuring works are completed to a high standard Provide first-line IT and telephone support, assisting with basic troubleshooting Support health and safety administration, including routine checks and documentation Contribute to creating a safe, compliant and well-maintained working environment Requirements: Previous experience in building maintenance, facilities or a similar hands-on role Holds a current UK driving license Administration and hands on experience of dealing with building repairs/maintenance and low-level IT Working with suppliers and contractors in managing building projects and issue resolution Good levels of experience using standard Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, Outlook Strong understanding of facilities management and building maintenance Practical hands-on ..... full job details .....
