About the Role: We are hiring an experienced Production Manager with a background in the Clothing and Retail industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless production processes, maintaining internal systems, coordinating deliveries, and meeting customer deadlines with precision. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the full production process from initial order to final delivery. Monitor and update internal production systems, ensuring all data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for all relevant departments. Coordinate and follow up with the manufacturers to track the status of orders and ensure timelines are adhered to. Book and manage logistics for deliveries, ensuring all products are dispatched on time to meet customer expectations. Work closely with quality control, product, and warehouse teams to ensure all standards are consistently met. Identify and address any production issues swiftly to avoid delays or quality compromises. Maintain excellent organisational records, production schedules, and delivery logs. Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production processes and boost operational efficiency.
