Previous experience is essential. You should demonstrate reliability and flexibility working with people with learning disabilities. Ideally, hold an NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards it. Your desire to make a difference is what matters most.The Senior Support Worker will work as part of a team, be a key worker, support colleagues, and promote independence for service users.
