We are working with a tier-1 Scottish law firm who are looking for a Senior Associate to join their Dispute Resolution team in either their Glasgow or Edinburgh office.The Role:The successful candidate will join a top-tier Dispute Resolution team, working across a range of contentious matters including insolvency and restructuring, general commercial litigation, fraud, and professional negligence. The candidate will be willing to contribute to business development and have a willingness to supervise junior members of the firm. Experience attending court hearings, with experience in insolvency matters is highly desirable.Responsibilities
