The Role:

• Carrying out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on a wide range of manufacturing machinery

• Diagnosing mechanical faults and ensuring minimum downtime

• Working closely with production teams to improve machine performance and reliability

• Ensuring health & safety standards are always met

About You:

• Time-served Mechanical Engineer (apprenticeship or equivalent qualification)

• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible approach to working a rotating shift pattern
