What You''ll Do:
As our Sales Development Manager, you''ll play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our client base. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Proactively generating and following up on leads in designated geographical areas.
- Recruiting new members to the Society, helping us grow our community of transport professionals.
- Managing existing accounts while fostering strong relationships with our valued clients.
- Collaborating with your colleagues in the Sales & Development team to achieve collective success.
Who We''re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong background in sales with a proven ability to bring in new business.
- Experience in the insurance or transport industry is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to present and pitch at various levels.
- A demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
