Monitor students academic and emotional progress, providing regular feedback to the teaching team and suggesting areas for development. Support the development of students'' social and emotional skills through well-planned and engaging activities. Assist with the management and de-escalation of challenging behaviours, ensuring a calm and supportive environment. Ideal Candidate: Experience supporting children or young people with ASC is highly desirable.
