If you have bookkeeping / accounting experience and want to be part of this creative, vibrant industry, this is a great opportunity!This is a hybrid role after passing probation, working 3 days per week in the Bethnal Green, East London office and 2 days working from home.What You''ll Be Doing Day-to-day bookkeeping, including processing invoices, receipts, payments and journalsSupporting VAT returns, bank reconciliations and ledger maintenanceAssisting with cashflow, forecasting and management reportingLiaising with clients and suppliers to resolve finance queries quickly and professionallySupporting credit control and debtor managementAssisting with tour finance admin, basic withholding tax documents and client reportingPreparing information for personal tax returns and responding to HMRC queries What You Need Experience in bookkeeping / accounts assistant / finance admin roleAAT Level 2-3 (or equivalent experience) preferredStrong understanding of VAT, bookkeeping principles and ledger processesConfident using Xero, QuickBooks or similar accounting softwarePayroll/pensions knowledge useful, but not essentialIdeally you have already worked within music, entertainment, television or other ..... full job details .....
