This role is ideal for someone with previous stores or warehouse experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment who is confident operating both a Counterbalance FLT and an Overhead Crane.The RoleAs a Stores Operative, you will play a key role in supporting production by ensuring materials and components are received, stored, and supplied efficiently across the site.Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving and booking in deliveries of materials and componentsMoving heavy materials using a Counterbalance FLT and Overhead CraneIssuing stock and materials to the production teamLoading and unloading vehicles safelyMaintaining accurate stock records and assisting with stock checksEnsuring the stores area is organised, safe, and efficientThe CandidatePrevious experience working within a stores or warehouse role in manufacturing or heavy engineeringValid Counterbalance FLT licenceExperience operating an Overhead CraneComfortable handling heavy materialsStrong attention to detail and good organisational skillsReliable with a strong awareness of health and safetyThis is a great opportunity to join a stable engineering business offering consistent hours and an early finish every day.If you are an experienced Stores Operative with FLT and crane experience, we would like to hear ..... full job details .....
