The role includes conducting advocacy in the Magistrates'' Court, including summary trials and appearing in the Crown Court where Higher Rights of Audience are held. The candidate will deliver consistently high quality representation to all clients, maintaining professional standards and ensuring thorough case preparation at every stage. They will also contribute positively to a supportive and collaborative team environment.THE CANDIDATE:Applicants should be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year''s PQE in criminal law and a strong interest in publicly funded criminal defence work.
