Learning and Development Assistant - 12 Month FTCSalary: £40,000Hybrid Working - 2 Days in the OfficeWe are looking for a bright, proactive and confident Learning and Development Assistant to join a busy and collaborative LandD team on a 12-month fixed term contract.This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic individual to gain varied, hands-on experience supporting a high-profile change and development programme within a professional services environment. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in coordinating learning initiatives, workshops and events across the business.The role would suit someone with previous experience within Learning and Development, HR coordination, events, or a professional services secretarial/PA background with strong scheduling and organisational experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes and distributing actionsSupporting senior LandD stakeholders with project tracking and administrationOrganising internal and offsite learning events and workshopsManaging invitations, attendee tracking and travel/accommodation arrangementsLiaising with external consultants, venues and internal teamsPreparing workshop materials, joining instructions and pre-reading documentationSupporting virtual workshops including Zoom administration, breakout rooms and pollsManaging post-event feedback and reportingTracking invoices and maintaining cost ..... full job details .....
