We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join the school we represent in North West London.Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one and group support to students with ASD/SEN.Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to create a supportive learning environment.Help students develop social and academic skills.Support students during classroom activities, ensuring their safety and engagement.Requirements:Previous experience working with ASD/SEN students in an educational setting.A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Relevant qualifications or training in special education or related fields.An enhanced DBS is essential before applying.
