Due to continued growth within the Strategic Asset Management Team, they are seeking to hire an Asset Management Consultant with a strong MEP/Building Services background to join the Leeds office. The Role You will support the delivery of strategic asset management and technical consultancy services across a varied portfolio including healthcare, education, commercial and public sector estates. The role will focus on the assessment, performance and lifecycle management of mechanical, electrical and public health building services systems. Working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, you will help clients make informed investment decisions, improve estate performance and support long-term capital planning strategies.
