As a ER Advisor you will be:Providing expert ER advice and coaching to managers on performance, disciplinary, grievance, absence, probation and capability matters, ensuring fair and legally compliant outcomesManaging end-to-end casework, supporting investigations, hearings and appeals while upskilling managers to build confidence and capabilityMonitoring and analysing ER trends and data, identifying themes and making practical recommendations to improve processes and reduce riskSupporting organisational change initiatives such as TUPE transfers and ensuring best practice is followedMaintaining and reviewing People policies and procedures, contributing to continuous improvement and keeping up to date with employment ..... full job details .....
