This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to contribute to the effective delivery of HR functions. This role is based in London and will involve supporting a range of HR processes and initiatives.

A higher education provider based in Central London, working on a hybrid basis.
Description
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary processes.
- Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and conducting interviews.
- Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
- Analyse HR data to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Assist in the development of training programmes to support staff development.
Profile
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
- Experience in a generalist HR role with strong experience of ER.
- A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations and provide sound advice.
- Experience in recruitment and talent management processes.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
Job Offer
- A salary of -40,00042,000 - hourly rate equivalent to start with.
