We are now seeking a talented and driven Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and help shape the next chapter of our culinary journey.

You will work closely with the owners and front-of-house team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and creative kitchen operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, service, and team managementDesign and deliver menus that reflect our ethos: fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced where possibleEnsure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards (HACCP), and kitchen cleanlinessManage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships to maintain quality and cost efficiencyTrain, mentor, and lead a small but dedicated team of kitchen staffCollaborate with the management team to develop new dishes, specials, and event catering menusMaintain excellent communication with front-of-house to ensure seamless serviceWhat Were Looking For:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar pub or restaurant settingA genuine passion for food and hospitalityStrong leadership and organisational skillsCreativity and confidence in menu planning and presentationExcellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety standardsAbility to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detailA team player with a positive, can-do attitude
