Overview

The Role:

Managing all commercial aspects of projects from inception to completion

Cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting

Contract management and administration

Procurement of subcontractors and materials

Supporting project teams across both site and office environments

The CandidateProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction sector

Strong background in high-end residential refurbishment or similar projects

Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team

Strong organisational and communication skills
