This firm specialises in a range of residential schemes, including one-off luxury houses, small private residential schemes, social housing and apartments. Having successfully obtained a new site in South Belfast, this firm is now seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the new project from demolition phase onwards from late-June.Your new role As a result of a growing orderbook, the company requires an experienced Site Manager to deliver a new 6-unit apartment scheme in South Belfast, initially on a temporary basis. This firm is also in the midst of delivering 6 apartments units in East Belfast. As Site Manager, you must have experience of leading private residential or social housing schemes from demolition and groundworks through to handover. The successful candidate will oversee the daily working schedule and ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to whilst having the ability to motivate a team to deliver a high standard of build.
