How you''ll spend your time Reporting to the Head of Finance, you''ll support the wider finance function across a varied role that will give you exposure to both transactional accounting and month-end activities.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the month-end close process alongside the Assistant Management AccountantAssisting with accruals and prepaymentsSupporting the preparation of monthly management accountsProcessing purchase ledger and sales ledger transactions when requiredAssisting with payroll administration and processingHandling petty cash claims and company credit card reconciliationsSupporting VAT returns and related tax documentationMaintaining accurate financial records and filing systemsProviding ad hoc support to the wider finance teamEnsuring confidentiality and accuracy across all financial informationWhat we''re looking forCurrently studying towards AATAt least 1-2 years'' experience within an accounting or finance roleExperience of transactional finance processes including purchase ledger, sales ledger or ..... full job details .....
