HR Business Partner East Midlands - Primarily home working with 1 day per week in Nottingham and various travel across multiple sites Permanent and Full Time Up to £50,000 plus benefits SF Recruitment is proud to be exclusively partnering with a large, values and purpose driven organisation to appoint an experienced HRBP to support a number of sites across their South region. The role will cover a number of locations across Derbyshire, including Burton upon Trent, Swadlincote and central Derby, as well as sites in Staffordshire and occasional travel to Worcestershire. As a result, regular on-site presence is required, and flexibility to travel is essential. That said, the organisation offers a strong and well-embedded hybrid working approach, allowing for a healthy balance between home and site-based working. This is a broad, hands-on role within a highly regulated environment. You will act as a trusted partner and advisor to senior leaders, providing expert guidance across employee relations, people strategy, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.
