You will be working for a tier 1 construction company who are based in South Wales.-

• Lead and coordinate the design process, managing architects, consultants, and engineers to ensure designs are complete, compliant, and aligned with project requirements
• Manage design programmes and information flow, resolving clashes and ensuring timely delivery using tools like Revit
• Ensure designs are buildable, cost-effective, and meet health & safety and regulatory standards, while supporting procurement and stakeholder coordination
