What We Offer £12.21 per hour Full Time or Part Time Paid breaks Pension scheme, Paid DBS Free onsite parking, Uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract) Your Role As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with residents to support their day-to-day needs and routines.

You will encourage independence while providing kind, attentive assistance with tasks such as washing, dressing, mobility, meals, and activities.

You will build trusting relationships, help monitor health and wellbeing, and always act with compassion and integrity.

Working as part of a close-knit team, you will contribute to a warm, friendly environment where residents feel safe, respected, and truly at home.
