Experienced New Build Plumber (Price Work) Wanted!

About the Role:

You''ll be responsible for all aspects of plumbing on new residential developments, from first fix to second fix and cylinders. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced plumbers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work autonomously to meet project deadlines.

What We''re Looking For:

 * Proven experience as a new build plumber: You must have a strong track record of working on residential new build sites.

 * Expertise in all stages of new build plumbing: From pipework installation to fitting sanitary ware and commissioning systems.

 * Ability to work efficiently on a price work model: You''re comfortable with clear targets and motivated to maximise your earnings through productivity and quality.

 * NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing (or equivalent): Essential qualification demonstrating your plumbing proficiency.

 * Valid CSCS card: A must-have for site access.

 * Full UK driving license and own transport: You''ll need to get to various sites.

 * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 * Strong communication and teamwork abilities: You''ll be working closely with other trades.

 * Reliable and professional: You take pride in your work and your reputation.
