Warehouse Operative - -12.21ph - Temp to Perm

We''re working with a busy and well-established distribution hub near Braintree Essex, currently seeking a reliable and physically fit Warehouse Operative to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

Please note: Due to the location, candidates must have a full driving licence and access to their own transport.

About the Role:

You will be part of the warehouse team, responsible for the smooth running of loading and unloading operations. This is a manual role that involves consistent lifting and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative:

• Unloading and loading of goods
• Packing and preparing items for dispatch
• Visual inspection of products
• Identifying and reporting any faults or issues
• Inputting information into in-house computer systems

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience in logistics distribution and supply chain environment
• Confident using computer systems and updating records
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• Physically able to handle repetitive lifting
• Must have own transport and a valid driving licence

Pay & Benefits:

• -12.21 per hour
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Free on-site parking
• 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
